Travel Consultant  

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering, fast, authentic, positive and memorable customer service
• ​​Assist customers with their bookings for tours, activities, attractions, things to do and transportation services
• Convert customer inquiries into bookings
• Call supplier, travel agents and customers to ensure fast booking confirmation

Role Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work night / graveyard shift, shifting schedules, weekends
• Must be ready to start within one month at the Makati office
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Working experience in the travel and hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
