Job Description
- Perform product/process analysis.
- Make process standardization by formulation of Process Flow and work standard.
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing and Engineering documentation.
- Conduct evaluation and analysis to Engineering change.
- Monitor process yield and rejection rate of the process and implement improvement plan and actions.
- Improve manufacturing process and menthods for cost-resuction, quality improvement and efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion study to ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering program/course (IE, ME,EE, ECE).
- With experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
