Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures the company's products and business operations
- Identify process gaps or areas for further improvement/risks and assess appropriate controls to mitigate the risks
- Analyze as-is process models and identify to-be or ideal state of the process
- Continuously drive process improvement initiatives to help achieve and improve business performance
- Ensure adherence to process documentation standards
- Provide support during implementation and monitor progress of of business processes after implementation
- Manage and maintain the central document repository system accessible to different units of the company
- Collaborate with stakeholders for regulatory and audit related business process concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent in business analysis, requirements gathering, process streamlining and process design and implementation
- Ideally with background in banking industry or financial services
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders including executives, SMEs and other employees of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
