Job Description
- Melakukan pengawasan dan kontrol terhadap proses kerja staf pelayanan teknis
- Membuat perencanaan pengembangan pelayanan teknis perpustakaan
- Memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelayanan teknis
- Mengkonsultasikan permasalahan dengan Kepala Perpustakaan jika tidak bisa diselesaikan
- Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Perpustakaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S-2 Ilmu Perpustakaan
- Memiliki sertifikasi sebagai pustakawan lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai pustakawan min 3 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan melihat peluang & mengembangkan perpustakaan
- Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi & pandai bersosialisasi
- Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi & kemampuan manajerial yang professional, loyal dan lugas
