Job Description
- Direct report to General Manager
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Establish and conduct orientation and training programs for new joiner and current employees.
- Maintain payroll activities and conducting periodic pay surveys to keep company paying scheme competitive with the market.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player that possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit
