Job Description
- Prepare and perform teaching and learning activities for agreed courses according to the curriculum.
- Perform research according to the expertise in the field of study.
- Perform social responsibility activities with Universitas Ciputra.
- Adhere to Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and its guidelines.
- Acting as Academic Advisor and/or Final Project Advisor to student as appointed.
- Project planning, monitoring, and control of student’s projects.
- Look for networking opportunities within the field of study. • Develop skills and expertise in the field of study.
- Participate in marketing activities for the Study Program as a representative.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc committee for Universitas Ciputra and Study Program as needed.
- Participate actively as part of the curriculum team for the development of the Study Program curriculum.
- Actively enforce Study Program’s rules and regulations.
- At any time act as a role model and become an inspiration to students in behavioral, ethical, and moral standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal education requirement – Master’s degree (preferably from an international university)
- English language proficiency – minimal 600 TOEFL
- Interest in entrepreneurship
- Desire to interact with students
- Willingness to work as a team member
- Ability to be flexible
- Open to facing challenges and trying new things
