Job Description
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Mathematics / any relateable field.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- This position is also open for Fresh Graduates with great acedamics achievement.
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management is a plus
