Job Description
- Manage the relationship between local community and vendors.
- Review and prepare specifications for special projects.
- Supervise the quality of the raw materials before the projects start.
- Supervise the plan and execution for overal construction.
- Financial controlling to ensure the projects goes in line with the budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Max 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering/Architecture with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work under deadline.
- At least 2 year experience in supervising commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of Ms.Office, AutoCAD etc.
- Decent communication skill.
- Capable of making RAB.
