Job Description
- Conduct inspection of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other systems such as appliances, boilers, elevators, gas and oil lines, and HVAC systems
- Overseeing construction work in progress and assisting Construction Managers (CM) with contract compliance and work acceptance.
- Providing quality oversight.
- Understanding plans and specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from SMK majoring in Electrical.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale of 4)
- Solid understanding of the electrical installation permitting process
- Proficient in using computers especially Microsoft Office
- Preferably male with a maximum age of 35 years old
- Strive to deliver a high quality result and has natural attention to detail
- Willing to work under minimum supervision and with strong analytical thinking skills
