Job Description
- Pengelolaan progress Pembangunan Proyek Real Estate
- Supervisi pengelolaan Budget Proyek
- Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia yang kompetitif
- Supervisi pencapaian Target Marketing
- Supervisi Pengelolaan Hunian.
- Menjalin Relasi dengan Pihak Eksternal
- Memastikan aspek Legalitas dan Perijinan Proyek mengacu pada Peraturan Daerah masing-masing
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur
- Dengan Pendidikan S2 Finance / Marketing lebih disukai
- Pengalaman di Property / Real Estate min 8 tahun
- Pengalaman sebagai Project Manager Proyek / GM Proyek minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan, analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
