Job Description
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap jalannya pembangunan sehingga tercapai kualitas yang diinginkan dengan tepat waktu
- Melakukan seleksi terhadap material yang digunakan sesuai dengan spesifikasinya
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan kontraktor bangunan di lapangan
- Memberikan arahan kepada kontraktor mengenai pekerjaan yang belum jelas
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh pihak terkait pengawasan bangunan
- Membuat laporan setiap perkembangan kegiatan pembangunan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, IPK min 3.00
- Pengalaman 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
- Pengalaman di Developer menjadi nilai tambah
- Menguasai AutoCAD
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja
- Memiliki intergritas yang tinggi, aktif, dan komunikatif.
