Job Description
- Pembuatan jadwal dan pelaksanaan perawatan mesin-mesin engineering.
- Jumlah persediaan barang-barang kelengkapan engineering.
- Pembuatan dan pencatatan permintaan barang.
- Administrasi pengeluaran barang.
- Membantu Engineering Manager menyusun laporan bulanan.
- Mengatur dan mengontrol aliran pendistribusian surat perintah kerja (Internal Work Order).
- Sistem pengarsipan di Departemen Engineering, termasuk penyimpanan gambar-gambar proyek lama dan baru, manual, factory manual, dan lain-lain.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita max. 27 tahun
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Teknik Elektro/Teknik Mesin.
- Pengalaman min.2 tahun dalam bidang yang sama dan menangani administrasi.
- Memiliki insiatif dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Mampu fokus pada hal yang detil.
- Memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang positif.
- Memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan jujur.
- Disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.
- Bisa bekerja dengan maksimal, baik secara individu maupun teamwork.
