Job Description
- Developing marketing goals, planning and strategies
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographic, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Achieving goals and hitting sales target
- Managing sales team, support and motivates them
- Buid a strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written report and verbal presentations
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Having a minimum 5 years working experience in the same industry
- Strong planning and negotiation skills
- Having a good ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Budget management skills and proficiency
