Job Description

1. Melayani pengunjung baik secara tatap muka maupun melalui telepon

2. Memberikan informasi fasilitas mal dan daftar tenant mal kepada pengunjung

3. Merespon dan memberikan solusi terbaik terhadap keluhan pengunjung

4. Aktivasi kartu member

5. Mencatat transaksi belanja yang member daftarkan

6. Administrasi data member

7. Mendukung setiap acara yang diadakan oleh mal

Minimum Qualifications

  • Wanita dengan tinggi badan min. 160cm
  • Min. 3 tahun pengalaman dibidang yang sama
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik;
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik
