Key Responsibilities

  1. Call delinquent loan borrowers
  2. Process ticket requests via OTRS
  3. Endorse accounts for LC waiver
  4. Endorse accounts for SMS sending
  5. Resolve complaints
  6. Probe other contact number thru character reference
  7. Perform skip tracing
  8. Check other contact numbers in WAT
  9. Offer payment arrangements
  10. Offer other payment options

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferably in banking or financial services
  • Must be excellent in both analytical and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in a contact center environment

Required Competencies:

  • Collections Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to render overtime when necessary
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
