Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Oversee the daily debit card delivery management activities.
  2. Validation of customer instruction to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies
  3. Execution of debit card cancellation/regeneration coursed through the core banking system
  4. Support tests related to system enhancement
  5. Ensure strict monitoring and timely delivery of debit card to customers
  6. Handle reconciliation of debit cards in transit, held in branch and delivered to customers
  7. Facilitate destruction of cards held past the prescribed holding period
  8. Manage the stocks (card bodies and assocaited collaterals) and procure as required
  9. Ensure proper management of bank data
  10. Ensure adherence to operating procedures and agreed service standards
  11. Participate in other Operation functions as required by the IT Operations Management
  12. Manage vendors to their contractual obligations and responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience of at least four years (degree preferred)
  • Understanding of bank policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities are also expected to maintain cohesive working environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Decision making capabilities

Required Competencies and Skills

  • Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills
