Job Description
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
- Encoding and scanning of student records
- Assist in the front line for student inquiries or parent concerns
- Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Minimum Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Office Administration, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and can handle pressure
