Senior High School Principal  

The SHS Principal position is a Senior level position within CIIT. We are looking for someone who is very dedicated and passionate in creating a SHS that would become renowned for its digital arts and technology related courses by creating a very relevant curriculum that would greatly prepare students for further higher education studies. Equally important is the passion to also ensure that the values and character formation of the students and the community are never neglected. The Principal is expected to be able to organize and run the department with minimal supervision and will be given autonomy to run the department as long as he/she is performing well.

The SHS is expected to be familiar and be very capable in the following areas:

• Government Compliance and Documentation - application and preparation of requirements concerning programs to be implemented by the School
• Leadership - proper selection, monitoring, training and inspiring SHS Faculty and employees ensuring that the operations run smoothly
• Budgeting - preparation of annual school budget and ensuring that the department stays within the budget
• Formation - a key role of the Principal is to be the driving force behind the formation of all SHS students in connection with the Vision and Mission of the school
• Interpersonal - the Principal is expected to interact with students, parents, colleagues, other members of the company, Gov’t agencies and the Board of Director. The Principal is expected to conduct him/herself in a manner that is appropriate for these different situations and setup.
• Innovation and Excellence - since the school specialized in technology related courses and is an early-adopter of technology especially when helpful for the learning of students and the operations of the school, the Principal is expected to be able to learn and cope with the pace.

• Must have a Master’s or Doctorate in the fields of Education and/or Development
• Must be able to speak and write proficiently in English and Filipino.
• At least 5 years of Administrative and Leadership experience from a Private High School
• At least 10 years of experience working in a Private High School

• Self-driven in achieving or exceeding assigned KPI's and punctual in accomplishing tasks
• Highly organized and able to creatively formulate strategies and analyze significant amounts of data
• Excellent English and Filipino communications skills both verbal and written
• Strong passion to serve the country
• Has a strong sense of duty and responsibility towards the students
• Familiarity with marketing and business aspect of running a Senior High School
• Ability to cooperate, assist or work with a team if necessary; and to act professionally and decide objectively especially during stressful situations
• Ability to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines agreed upon by the team and immediate supervisor
