Job Description
- Handles benefits and compensation processes including preparation of related reports;
- Implements company policies;
- Handles employee Onboarding and Offboarding;
- Oversees employee events and training;
- Manages employee 201 files, performance evaluation and review processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in all facets of HR
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Tech Savy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of verbal and written English
