Job Description
The Business Development Officer is in charge of the marketing and sales of the specialist programs, summer workshops, tutorial, and corporate training.
- Ensure all information of all assigned accounts in LTS are updated.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls for all assigned accounts.
- Contact and convert all assigned student accounts within prescribed response time.
- Assist with the designing and sourcing of collaterals.
- Coordinate schedules, rooms, and equipment required to all Specialists, tutorial and corporate training.
- Assist with the evaluation, assignment, and scheduling of the Instructors.
- Assure proper coordination of enrollment and schedule of payment with clients.
- Ensure conception and execution of department activities or events.
- Fulfill other appropriate requests from immediate Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications

Competencies and related tasks:
- Self-driven in achieving or exceeding assigned KPIs.
- Sense of responsibility in properly handling all assigned accounts.
- Sense of urgency in contacting and responding to all assigned accounts as well as meeting deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate and convince interested clients to purchase products and services offered by the company.
- Confident and comfortable with public speaking and public presentation using English or Filipino.
- Familiarity with usage of LCD Project, laptop, and smartphone.
- Familiarity with usage of MS Office and Google Drive.
- Ability to cooperate, assists or work with a team if necessary.
- Ability to act professionally and decide objectively especially during stressful situations.
- A certain level of familiarity and understanding of the target market.
- A certain level of creativity in conceptualizing sales or marketing events and activities.
- A deeper understanding of the importance of the Marketing and Sales Dept. within a company.
- Ability to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines agreed upon by the team and immediate Supervisor.
- Interest or passion with trends in Digital Arts and Technology.
