Job Description
- Responsible for cashiering work.
- Responsible for generating daily sales reports, and bank deposits.
- Responsible for encoding deposit information into accounting software
- Responsible for verification of online payments with bank
- Responsible for receiving and checking all deliveries such as but not limited to asset purchase, computer and hardware purchase, merchandise inventory deliveries, office supplies and etc
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory and tagging of company assets, office supplies, and merchandise items.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Unquestionable integrity
- Highly organized
- Sense of urgency in completing task
- Has customer service in mind
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Can and willing to work within a team
- Has the ability and desire to look for ways on how to improve work
