Job Description

Join our growing HR team and build an awesome career in media and ever-growing industry of telecom. Listed below are the primary function of the following open positions:

1. Timekeeping

  • Is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry in SAP/TM and provides support in benefits administration

2. Benefits Administration

  • In charge of the spectrum of employee compensation, welfare and benefits administration from government mandated to company sponsored benefits and also supports the HR Operations Senior Manager in other personnel functions.
    • Compensation Administration - handles preparation of semi-monthly payroll instructions for salary administration
    • SAP Record Management - input and update employee payroll related records. Processing and tagging of employee movements such as promotions, transfers and resignations to payroll system for salary adjustments.
    • Benefits Administration
    • 201 Filing and Other Administrative Tasks

3. Recruitment

  • In charge of end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, onboarding new employees up to handling regularization and resignation of employees.
    • Sourcing and Screening
    • Selection and Hiring
    • Onboarding
    • Offboarding Clearances

4. Administration and Employee Services

  • Ensures a seamless process in delivering employee services such as:
    • Deployment of tools of trade
    • Issuance of IDs
    • Management of supplies inventory
    • Availability and functionality of work stations and rooms
    • Management of housekeeping within office premises

Minimum Qualifications

A human resources specialist or supervisor must have these qualities and requirements:

1. Timekeeping

  • Must be a college graduate of Human Resource Management, Social/Behavioral Science, and/or Psychology
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system and has advance skills in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Timekeeping
  • Has strong English communication skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration is a plus

2. Benefits Administration

  • Must be a college graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, and/or Social/Behavioral Science
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
  • Detail-oriented; Can provide output with little to no error within the set deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system and has extensive knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • With strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Recruitment

  • Must be a college graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, and/or Social/Behavioral Science
  • With at least 2-3 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Has excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Has strong analytical and planning skills
  • Must be innovative, creative, tech-savvy, and agile

4. Administration and Employee Services

  • College graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, and/or Social/Behavioral Science
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Admin and Employee Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Literate (at least adept in MS Office Applications)
