Job Description
- Involve in daily operations (hands-on).
- Lead and train a service team with friendly and positive attitude to ensure smooth operations of the store in all aspects.
- Responsible for overall in charge of staff deployment. Eg, staff roster scheduling, recording of staff's working hours, holidays, medical leaves and, etc.
- Monitor and order of stock and inventory control.
- Ensure and maintain store hygiene and food safety standard compliance.
- Handle all customer service related matters to ensure a friendly & lively environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience at supervisory role in managing a Cafe/Restaurant/Fast Food Sector.
- Good people management skills, strong communication skills, and hands-on duties.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Pleasant, mature, outgoing, meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
