Job Description
- Write high-engagement communications that reflect CicilSewa's brand's voice.
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
- Produce error-free copy/content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.
- Conduct research into target audiences for creative content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product, and Customer Experience to develop a variety of creative assets.
- Liaise with Graphic Design team to develop on-brand visuals for pitches and campaigns.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as Copywriter.
- Deep understanding of branding & content strategy.
- Think like an ad person and write like a real person.
- Impeccable English and Bahasa Indonesia writing skills with proficiency in grammar and spelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate in generating great marketing communication ideas for brands.
- Great thinker and hungry learner.
- Hard worker that can manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Possess attention to detail and desire to achieve top quality results while meeting deadlines.
- Possess the ability to think and work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative.
- Possess the ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising the quality.
