- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Handles reports for their immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/Colege Degree, any field;
- Preferably with BPO experience;
- Excellent comprehension and active listening skills;
- Willing to work in shifting schedule or night shift;
- Applicant must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City;
- Can start ASAP,
