- Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications.
- Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Sr. Recruiter/HR Supervisor and Manager. (Call-outs, invites/ sourcing)
- Candidate must be articulate, aggressive, flexible and can work under minimal supervision.
- Can work in a team and individually.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 2 years handling recruitment functions. BPO experience is a plus.
- Strong background in recruitment and selection an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Unionbank Plaza Bldg., Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (mostly night shift)
