- Interprets company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Responsible for reviewing disciplinary activity and for tracking employee relations metrics such as complaints, discipline, etc
- Address employee relation matters and interprets regulations and policies as appropriate and consistently
- Knowledgeable in preparing incidental report, memorandum and corrective action forms
- Strong organization skills & decision making ability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience handling HR functions. BPO experience is a plus.
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Standards
- Strong background in recruitment and selection an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Unionbank Plaza Bldg., Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work on graveyard shift
