Job Description
- Be part of the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the space including furniture and fixture maintenance as well as person hygiene.
- Participate in opening duties, setting up of tables, and closing duties.
- Cultivate loyalty with staff and customers.
- Learn both food and beverage menus with the guidance of our Management.
- Develop and grow as a part of the team while providing the best customer service possible.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of restaurant experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Exudes an enthusiastic, self-confident, humble, and team-player attitude.
- Interest in food and beverage knowledge.
- Willing to study and be educated in Mexican-Japanese cuisine and drinking culture.
