- Operate and efficient Internal Audit Department
- Prepare the risk assessment and related internal audit plan
- Prepare work program for the department to ensure the audits are planned, managed and quality of audit work is maintained
- Ensure that internal controls are reviewed and documented for their effectiveness and adequacy and that recommendations are made for improvements
- Prepare and submit audit reports to the management and the board
- Prepare the IAD annual resource and budget plan
- Communicates internal audit activities and organizational independence to the board
- Administer the IAD's policies and procedures
- Lead IAD for the management's ad hoc request
- Perform IAD staff evaluation
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance/Audit/Taxation or equivalent
