Job Description
- Represent the organization and develop vital partnerships with key players.
- Build strategic and high level relationships with client.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse populations of co-workers and customers, exercising courtesy and discretion.
- Master and maintain the vast knowledge of our clients’ businesses, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Manage customer expectations and handle customers' issues and concerns.
- Participate in account reviews on a regular basis.
- Provide account status and forecasts to management.
- Assist clients with their needs and provide them with additional services that are also offered in the organization.
- Effectively coordinate, deal, and adjust to changing conditions and situations within the organization that will affect delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospects database by generating leads.
- Ensure proper and thorough coordination of all projects and requirements to the client and production team.
- Make plans for accounts in which target goals are incorporated and set.
- Facilitate contract renewals and new work orders for existing clients.
- Keep an overview of soon to be expired contracts and work orders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any IT-related course.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Work experience in IT consulting, services environment, or manpower agency is an advantage.
- Experienced in:
- Creating business proposals.
- Creating and analyzing financial reports and statistics.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Sales presentation skills.
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to establish a network or relationships and set-up meetings with decision makers and influencers at corporations.
- Ability to provide inputs to develop sales and marketing plans along the software testing industry and other related industries.
- Proven ability to close sales.
- Highly capable of negotiating the terms of a service agreement, the rates, delivery, and specifications with decision-makers.
- Team player, detail and results oriented, and pro-active.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to work in Makati and do sales calls and meetings within Metro Manila.
- Preferably once hired, can start immediately. But we still process applicants who have notice period.
