Job Description
Client Business and Strategy
- Knows basic brand information
- Writes clear and actionable briefs and reports
- Keeps abreast of the brand’s competitive landscape
Operations
- Manages the client’s day-to-day deliverables
- Accurately captures agreements and ensures they are implemented
- Organizes and manages files and records
- Participates in internal and external meetings
- Nurtures a sound working relationship with internal cross-functional groups and third-party suppliers
- Demonstrates good knowledge of the ASC Code of Conduct (guards against violations, secures production and airing clearances)
- Manages timelines, costs, and stakeholders effectively
Client Relationship / Management
- Secures proper documentation; legal, financial, etc.
- Builds and nurtures a sound working relationship with client counterparts
- Identifies client concerns, and properly discerns when to elevate
- Presents work clearly (and with flair!)
Financial / Business Acumen
- Records, identifies, and estimates manhours well, in particular for out-of-scope projects
- Manages cost estimates; prepares them accurately and completely, and tracks actual vs projected expenses
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications or its equivalent
- At least minimum of 3-5 years experience in the same field is required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
