Job Description
- Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and time line.
- Typical duties include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members, developing measurable project goals and objectives, and monitoring progress toward achievement.
- Write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations.
- Facilitate and communicate with the suppliers.
- Monitor the production and installation.
- Doing the Daily Report (Monitoring report, production/installation)
- Able to Meet the Deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess atleast Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required Skills: Experience in Logistics and Graphic Installation, Use of MS Offices
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 1-4 years experience in Industry specializing in Logistics is an advantage.
- Must be keen to details, fast learner and able to multi-task.
- Applicant must be willing to go on a short term contract (3 Months)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mckinley Hill Taguig.
- Can start ASAP.
