Main Responsibility:
o Collaborates with the creative teams in the creative development and execution of clients’ campaigns
o Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
o Visualize, design and conceptualize campaign materials from conception (KV development and Big Idea) to execution such as but not limited to digital materials, online videos and animation, other platform creative requirements (dotcom, CDM, Online Business/E-commerce)
Work with copywriters to ensure visual tone and style are consistent with copy tone and style
Job Description:
I. Design Creation
o Assist in providing multiple solutions to each assignment taking into account any/all restrictions included in art direction
o Support developing effective, brand-appropriate marketing and promotional layouts for all media: interactive, print collateral, direct mail, and occasionally video and broadcast
o Assist with brand development as needed for various clients, including logos, typography, layout templates, color palates and imagery
o Maintain computer archive files
o Present new ideas to members of the team
o Assist in articulating ideas in a visual form
o Researches for inspiration from various art sources
II. Project Execution
o Maintain regular communications with cross functional teams and clients
o Assist in preparation and delivery of creative presentations to the client
III. Client Relationship Management
o Assist in providing timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projects
IV. Concept Development
o Assist in providing out-of-the-box ideas/concepts during brainstorming sessions with copy partner
V. Development of Creative Work
o Assist in developing/fleshing out approved big idea to executional ideas with copy partner
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts/ Visual Comm/Visual Arts or equivalent.
- At least 5-6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Experienced Employee specialized in Arts/Creative/Animation.
