Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep superior informed of client relations • Handles all POP (Point of Purchase) requirements for Samsung Consumer Electronics, Customer Service and Enterprise Business Team) Business Units
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects
- Working with agency colleagues (Art Directors, Accounts, Copy Writers, Traffic, Procurement, etc.) and vendors to ensure the client's brief, budget and timelines are met.
- Maintain a good relationship with the client by always focusing on improving speed of service, provide an impeccable service day to day, sensitivity to customer concerns and awareness of changes in their general needs.
- Manage client expectations through effective communication, keeping them informed of the project status as needed, foresee possible problems and present a solution and avoid delays and mistakes as much as possible
- Lead in achievement of overall client satisfaction objectives set for the Account Management team
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
- Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.
- Provide impeccable service to the client day-to-day.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Project Management, Vendor Management, Client Handling, Planning and Execution.
- Able to interpret and understand technical details and materials.
- Knowledgeable in materials, finishes and production process.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task, sharp memory and fast learner.
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
