Project Management Intern  

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and diligent Project Management intern with exceptional communication and organizational skills to work alongside our Project Manager and the team. This opportunity will allow you to have hands-on experience with project management methodology and tools that will sharpen your problem-solving skills in a business environment.

Responsibilities would include one or more of the following:

• Works closely with the project manager and project management team to answer questions and provide assistance.
• Follows projects from creation to final production, including sign-off on proof reviews and client approvals.
• Assists with internal projects on an as-needed basis.
• Addresses issues/concerns immediately with Project Managers
• Maintains an ongoing project timeline that charts the status of all projects and performance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and objection handling skills
• Key attributes (IE; entrepreneurial self-starter, ambitious personality, accountable and action-oriented, etc.)
• Great organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Calendar, Spreadsheets.
• Must be a team player and gets along with others easily
• Prior experience in customer service
• Prior experience and knowledge in Project Management software and or technology solutions
• Leadership experience in organizations, events, etc.
