Media Production Assistant  

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. You will serve an essential role in the creation of original content consumed by thousands of listeners, while working with a talented and diverse team. You will work closely with our talent roster to ensure every recording remains on schedule and maintains a high standard of quality. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has a true passion for storytelling and to work for a unique network. The candidate will work directly with talent on an everyday basis to ensure all recordings run as efficiently as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage complex production schedule for podcasts
• Oversee facilities and logistics for podcast recordings
• Host onsite talent and production crews
• Generate call sheets and manage crew communication
• Manage invoices and generate production reports
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Identify potential obstacles and propose timely solutions to production crew
• Manage social media and online assets of podcasts

• A “people person” with the ability to form strong interdepartmental relationships
• Degree holder in Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication or Advertising or any IT-related course.
• Must have facility with current computer programs (MAC, PC Microsoft, etc).
• Must have an interest in Podcasts and New Media
• Effective communicator (both in English and Filipino).
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Must have a keen attention to details especially in spelling and correct grammar usage.
• Must work well under the pressure of deadlines and heavy workload.
• Laser sharp attention to detail
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Agency/ Production experience a plus
