Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares and computes for employees monthly government contributions such as: SSS payments, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG. Also, responsible for monthly payments and recording
• Prepares and monitors Request of Disbursements
• Prepares and makes payments for the Tax withheld compensation
• Processes request for disbursement by the departments for payments for non-trade payable
• Enters data to the system for proper charging and cost center.
• Monitors and updates cash advances of employees for proper accounting.
• Monitors payment, regularizes transactions with advance payment.
• Checks bank balances account for proper reconciliation.
• Processes clearing of a general ledger.
• Bookkeeping.
• Responsible in monitoring any transaction with regards to receivables and payables of the company.
• Performs other related functions directed by the immediate superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent.
• Trainable and Flexible.
• Exposure in processing Government mandated benefits is required.
• With a background in Bookkeeping, processing of Licenses, Permits and BIR related documents.
• Amenable to work in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu, Mactan, Cebu.
• Can start ASAP.
