Job Description
- Coordinates business activities and gives support and assistance to all departments
- Schedules meetings/appointments and prepares calendar of activities
- Assists and coordinates Sales & Marketing activities, Finance/Accounting, Administrative and Operations tasks
- Organize files and documents
- Conduct sales and market research analysis.
- Coordinates and implements company projects
- Monitors shipments and conducts inventory analysis
- Will be assigned other tasks related to Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Administrative and Operations as need arises
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business related course, Science related course or any 4-year course graduate.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee in the related field.
- Must be familiar using any accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Willing to do multi-tasking
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be results and detailed-oriented with high organizational skills, trustworthy and with effective communication and interpersonal skills
