Events Assistant  

Responsibilities:

• The main responsibility is to contact top level executives of the largest companies in Asia and discuss the details of the awards being organized.
• Persuade/encourage Senior Executives to nominate their companies for the awards.
• Research the right person to contact for each company through websites, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

What do we do:

• Organize international corporate forums and awards - mostly are in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, and other ASEAN countries.
• Contact top level executives of largest companies in Asia to attend our forums or nominate their companies for the awards we organize.
• Get international companies to participate in the events that we organize.
• Travel to different countries to organize and facilitate the event itself.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or other equivalent courses.
• 1-2 years of work experience in the related field is a plus.
  • Also open to outstanding and diligent fresh graduates.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Hardworking, motivated, and dedicated.
• Willing to do outbound calls outside the Philippines to achieve targets.
