Job Description
- Follows up each change of in-process checking
- Checks the in-process, submits, follows up, and verifies the abnormality.
- Reports to superior about the quality abnormality and follow up.
- Follows up and verifies the rework part in production line; summarize the quantity of the unqualified part and label it.
- Label, records, and saves the inspection result, such as the QC qualified stamp, IPQC report, etc.
- Maintains and inspects the equipment and machine.
- Keeps the 5S of office area, assist other daily work of other departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge about plastic product appearance, able to use simple measuring tools, such as caliper, micrometer and height gauge etc.
- Understand drawing, with experience in plastic and mold factory is preferred.
- Familiar with accessories of printer, copier and precision part is preferred.
- Outgoing, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Preferably with experiences acquired from Injection Molding Company.
