Job Description

About Role : We are looking for a versatile all rounder to help us run our online business on Amazon / Ebay. The business is primarily based on Amazon & Shopify so you will need to be confident learning to use software, deal with customers and do detailed shipment management to keep track of inventory. We also need someone who can multi-task, is a quick learner and pays attention to details and know when to ask for help, and when to solve something themselves. In exchange for the hard work and loyalty, we are offering outstanding hourly rates and possible bonuses.

There is full access to extensive training and tools which will prepare you for a career in e-commerce. We run a smooth business with high standards and are looking for someone to join our team who can work fast, accurately and be reliable.

We pride ourselves on selling high quality products and offering great service. Prior Amazon experience helpful but not essential. We do require 100% good work ethic, ability to learn fast, and that you take pride in your work.

This profile is more geared towards Amazon Account management and Ebay Management

Scope of Duties

  • Amazon Seller Central Account Daily Duties:
  • Creating Daily reports showing progress on Various KPI
  • Customer Service (replying back to customer queries)
  • Product Promotion tracking and Management
  • Keeping track of Ad Spends on Amazon and managing campaigns
  • Email Scheduling & management
  • Inventory tracking
  • Reaching out to influencers - Blogs and Youtube channels and promoting product

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Skype)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Must be punctual
