- Design and implement annual employee engagement calendar.
- Handle employee relations at operational and strategic levels, with the purpose of facilitating an organization culture of high performance, integrity, and employee participation.
- Ensure compliance to government rules and regulations related to human resources.
- Provide necessary assistance with labor/employment issues and concerns.
- Design innovative methods to measure and analyze level of employee satisfaction.
- Drive employee change and engagement initiatives toward employee retention.
- Manage and review all HR communication materials (i.e., announcements, policies, etc.) to ensure consistency, clarity, and effective branding of employee services.
- Track metrics on employee development and promotion, attrition, and satisfaction
- Develop an organizational chart specific to the needs and requirements of a bioethanol industry.
- Develop a salary structure and job level hierarchy within the company and review the same from time to time.
- Understand and handle Payroll Hero implementation.
- Handle other HR related duties as may, from time to time, be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven working experience as the HR Manager or as the HR Executive.
- Demonstrable experience with humanr resources metrics.
- Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Ability to architect strategies.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
