- Create compelling Instagram content (posts, stories, reels) that highlight the company’s culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Support the HR team in organizing employer branding events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee testimonials and success stories for use in recruitment marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct research on competitors' employer branding strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the company’s social media account and interact with audience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual design.
