- Prepare monthly sales report.
- Update Past Due accounts.
- Save accounts with Cancellation Notice.
- Handle clients' site tour/viewing.
- Monitor account’s status.
- Resolve customers' inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Provide assistance to Sales and Backroom when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business-related course.
- At least 2-3 years Customer Care experience.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications and computer operations.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Above average communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
- Highly adaptable personality.
- A person who gets it and understands things with ease.
