Job Description
- Answers telephone, screen and direct call
- Takes and relays messages
- Provides information to callers which incumbent is authorized to give
- Greets persons entering organization
- Directs persons to correct destinaion
- Deals with queries from the public and customers
- Provides general administrative and clerical support to corporate HR
- Receives and sort mail and deliveries
- Provides administrative and clerical assistance to Corporate HR group which results to efficient delivery of HR services
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
- Preferably with experience in service-oriented work.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
