The Key Account Specialist is responsible for channel development and implementation of strategic programs in the assigned territory.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop distributor(s) in the territory.
- Develop Sales Specialists of distributors through work with(s), training, and regular evaluation.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out of distributors and implements key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate performance of distributors.
- Manage conflicts regarding penetration and overlapping of area of distribution.
- Maintain and develop specific key accounts in the territory.
- Perform other tasks related to the position/assigned to the KSA.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Resident near/in Davao, North Luzon, Cagayan De Oro, and Bacolod.
