Job Description

  • Performs with competence and complies with the laws, school policies, standards, rules and regulations that have been or may hereafter be promulgated;
  • Types files cash vouchers made in favor of faculty members, employees and others;
  • Helps in the issuance of student permits;
  • Assists in depositing checks in the school’s depository banks;
  • Assists in the preparation of salary vouchers;
  • Purchases office supplies for the immediate need of the Accounting Department; and
  • Performs other duties which may from time to time be assigned by the immediate superior.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
