Job Description
- Performs with competence and complies with the laws, school policies, standards, rules and regulations that have been or may hereafter be promulgated;
- Types files cash vouchers made in favor of faculty members, employees and others;
- Helps in the issuance of student permits;
- Assists in depositing checks in the school’s depository banks;
- Assists in the preparation of salary vouchers;
- Purchases office supplies for the immediate need of the Accounting Department; and
- Performs other duties which may from time to time be assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
