Job Description
- Managing of 201 Files
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion
- Facilitating test and assisting applicants
- Coordinating with different universities and offices for internship, job posting and job fair
- Other HR related duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, A. B. Psychology or B.S. Psychology, or equivalent
- Strong Administration Skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadlines
