Job Description
- Checks the accuracy of all company`s books of accounts – general and special journals, sales journal, subsidiary sales journals, purchase journal and subsidiary purchase journals, cash receipts and cash disbursement books.
- Monitors and checks the timely submission of all BIR returns, summary and relief
- Monitors and checks the Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice submitted by sites
- Maintains the master file for all accounting records of all sites
- Point person for all BIR cases- preparation of documents for submission, monitoring, and updating of cases.
- Maintains dockets of all BIR Cases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in Management, Accounting, or any related field may be preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- With knowledge of BIR policies, procedures, and reportorial requirements.
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Knows compliance with all local and all government regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
