Job Description
The Accounting Staff- AP shall be responsible in performing the following functions:
- Assist the Accounting Manager with daily requirements
- Input Accounts Payable vouchers into the accounting system
- Manage individual vendor reconciliations and pay schedules
- Alert the Accounting Manager on vendor and process issues
- Update vendor information in the accounting system
- Record all G/L information in the system on a timely basis
- Help prepare all AP and related monthly close reconciliations
- Report on any control issues or inconsistencies with vendors or their records
- Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
- With previous work in handling Accounts Payable is an advantage
- Preferably with at least 6 months work experience as Accounting Staff
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned at Baesa, Quirino Hi-way Quezon City
